SSBLO releases research outcomes and aims to match business seeds from university and needs from companies. These business seeds include "up to date" research information and patent information. The club is run in order to develop promotion of business - academia liaison. The club helps both academic side to provide business seeds related to intellectual creation including recent research information and unreleased patent information and company side to provide needs so that smooth communication between members are guaranteed. Based on this communication the club works as an agency for business-academia activity in order to contribute research outcomes from university to society as well as encouraging research activities within university. Through the discovery of business seeds, supporting enterprise and knowledge transfer we hope to achieve further development in business - academia in medical field. Members carry obligation to keep official secrets however there may be the case that we ask individuals to sign confidential agreement if necessary. Member privilege Special members of the club are entitled to privileges as below. > The list of club member privileges 1. Access to information related to up to dated researches and clinical testing conducted by doctors/researchers including unreleased information. 2. Access to the latest patent application information including unreleased information. *1 3. Proposal and agency for joint research for drug development, medical equipment and so on including unreleased information. 4. Agency when transferring research materials(genes, cells) to companies. *2 5. Consultancy and agency on advanced technology acquisition or transfer. 6. Communication support for solutions for medical problems and bioethics including chemical poisoning, environmental pollution and so on concerned by society. 7. Consultancy for human resources. 8. Access to the other information related to Business-Academia activities. *1 Information is limited to ones that went through this club. *2 Excluding material from human genes. Special members fee For the purpose of own research and manufacture utilizing information provided by this club 2000,000 yen per term *1 (1000,000 yen per term) For the purpose of providing our information to customers such as financial service, sink tank or local autonomy 2000,000 yen per term *1 One term is defined as from the 1st of April to 31st of March next year.
